With an impressive length of 6 ft, this cable lock offers maximum reach for securing bicycles, scooters, or even outdoor furniture. The 0.5 in thick braided steel cable provides a high level of tensile strength to resist cutting. Its extra length is particularly useful for locking multiple items together or reaching distant anchor points in public spaces.
The keyed locking head is built for durability and ease of use, featuring a smooth internal mechanism. Two keys are provided with the unit, allowing for a primary set and a backup. The lock head is integrated directly into the cable, creating a seamless and strong connection that is difficult for unauthorized individuals to bypass or break.
The entire cable is covered in a weather-resistant protective coating that prevents corrosion and keeps the steel core dry. This coating also acts as a buffer to prevent the metal from clanking against your bike frame. The self-coiling nature of the cable allows it to be stored compactly despite its significant length, making it a practical security accessory.
